You can breathe easy now. Retrain your breathing into freedom, depth and ease.
Making the more detailed map of where you are holding unto stuck, unprocessed emotion
Learning how to go from obsessive thinking to feeling peace of mind.
Day 3 - Sunday morning 10:30 - 12:30 MST
Your key contacts: On every level of your person you have certain links to 'moments that ripple' Make the list
Apply your list to the 3 steps of advanced medtation.
In the meditative state refresh yourself in your areas of need: Personally, socially, financially. Coming out of meditation write down some areas of importance where you can 'clear the air.' Script your new plan going forward to drastically improve your quality of life now.
